Nursing! a noble profession

Caring hearts that flinch not,
For the wounds that bleed,
But care for the hands that shiver,
And for the crying eyes.

Daring is their heart that,
Jumps to save the dying,
Work as a team to cure,
And lift the weak from bed.

Helping the moaning one,
With care enough to ease,
Pain and distress of the ill,
As noble is their way towards work.

My Second Heart

You started your journey with me,
Within me, you did wonders,
Beating and traveling with me,
Those precious, ecstatic moments!

You reacted the way I did,
My flesh, and blood pumping fast,
As I thought how you would be,
Any time responding to my thoughts.

Out of all the blessings, you stand high,
The glittering jewel around my neck,
Outshining me, giving a perfect purpose,
To live for you, my dear second heart!

Hospital brings out love

In the hospital, love blooms,
Forgetting ego and remembering love,
That might have been undercover for long,
But outbursts as a beautiful beginning.

Those beautiful moments when both,
As a couple care for the teeny tiny one,
Open their hearts and pour out good moments,
Love in eyes that prove they still are in love.

Without ego both are lifeless,
As it defines their real personality;
It’s better to be true but not fake,
As relationships are made out of trust.

Be Quiet

Silence is the powerful weapon,
To keep your tongue in control,
Let others shut their mouth,
Thus, maintaining peace.

Sick people wait in queue,
To break your silence,
Bring out the nasty side of you,
And win over your peace.

Work on your daily goals,
Meticulously focused,
Giving no time for any bullshit,
Ignoring the manipulators.

Being quiet is a secret to success,
But when someone dictates you,
It is time to let them know,
That you are not a puppet.

Don’t run!

Face the wicked and slimy people,
But don’t be scared of them,
And don’t shy away from them,
As you can’t run away.

You may be targeted by a bunch,
But stand strong against all odds,
For if you don’t help yourself,
Who will?

Do your duty and wait for the fruit,
You will get rewarded at the right time,
Grab that moment to enhance yourself,
And succeed swimming against the tide.

Playing hero!

It’s hell to deal with people,
With masks that are fake,
Lips, programmed to smile,
Chat with whom they hate.

I can nominate them for Oscars,
But they will miserably fail,
As they are the worst actors,
Locked inside the mask.

It’s funny to know the black sheep,
Yet, act friendly knowing,
He is behind all drama,
Playing hero, wearing a mask.

Seductive success

Nothing is sexier than success,
Once tasted, it will conquer you,
Instigate you to go for it again and again,
The temptation is too strong to control.

The mind fixes the next target,
And the heart syncs with the former,
To tirelessly work for it,
Till the set goal is accomplished.

Life goal is similar to the professional one,
As both are equally important,
That define your existence in this world,
That’s full of competent and wicked humans.
