Brutus!

I know you backbit me,

Made me fall for your lies,

Never think that I was blind,

As I don’t give a damn!

You won chasing me out,

But that’s no end for me,

All that you did for me,

Brought out the real me!

Have not trusted anyone,

But you! Your gift in return,

Was like a sour mango,

That lingers on my tongue,

And would never go away.

Intense is the pain that lingers,
When you believe in someone,
who betrays you in a slimy way,
May it be of any gender.

The slimy one will one day,
See a similar one and regret,
And feel the same way,
I felt and regretted.

It’s too difficult to judge,
A good and a bad one,
As they know to act,
And betrayal is in blood.
