Kept hearing kittens scream,
Thought was a normal fight,
But heard a cat went crazy,
Loosing her kittens to a monster.
Saw a hurt kitten on my gate,
Tired with bruises on his back,
Limped his way to me in pain,
Offered him a piece of cake.
Shocked to see his grit to live
A poor little soft creature is he!
He felt very safe in my garage,
As he is not scared anymore!
I liked her on the first sight,
I knew that she’s a fighter,
Watched her pick herself,
Face the world bold!
Her smile was humble,
Yet was heavy and fragile,
Her eyes never smiled,
A mystery unresolved!
Had she lost someone?
May be but that’s sad,
For a woman so young,
To walk all alone!
Like a faithful dog, don’t wait,
For the one that doesn’t know,
That you are worth much more,
Than the way you are weighed!
Let them get the same bitter taste,
They gave you as sweet memories,
That are nothing but tasteless ashes!
Grieve not for you are all alone,
As you have always been lonely,
Despite the mute, unwilling company,
That made you live in silence forever.
Ignoring you like a silent predator,
Is the weapon used against you,
Fear not to use the same weapon,
To show some sample of cruelty.
Love not the irresponsible,
As they have no conscience,
Turn into a monster to defend,
A lifetime torture you can’t escape.
No use grieving about yourself,
The solution is to ignore or ditch,
As there is one life and its precious,
Waste not for the stone hearted liars!
Think wise to end the loveless life,
Engaging in exploring your passion,
To live the life you always desired,
Free from heartbreak and bullying.
Never hated my Math teacher,
Though I cursed the subject,
She had a beautiful handwriting,
Her steps were so clear and legible.
Had no real personal life for herself,
As some heartless left her all alone,
Have never seen such a sad soul,
Who put her heart in teaching.
Decades passed but my heart broke,
When I saw her name in obituary,
Didn’t cry but with a heavy heart,
Enquired why she left so early,
Felt so bad she refused chemo,
As she may felt to end the pain!
Once sweet, turns bitter,
The morale changes in time,
As all have psychic changes,
That may test the conscience!
Give more, yet demands more,
Not the loved ones are saints,
But are mean, as none is Buddha,
As one can live with no love.
If one keeps the mind focused,
Can find the truth of existence,
Has nothing to do with love,
But can cherish it if found!
It seemed eternal waiting,
As it was gloomy and drizzling,
She thought about him till,
He knocked the door!
She giggled aloud happily,
At his arrival, a surprise!
There was a twinkle in his eyes,
Yet, it faded like a rainbow!
Love can never be forced,
Its a curse for those who wait,
For the love to happen, the elixir,
That may never be found, alas !
