Woman

She is strong for her beloved,
Weak for love and affection,
Leaning on him in despair,
Holding on to him in failure!

Absorbing energy from him,
Totally believing him blindly,
Accepting him with no excuse,
Her man! Who leaves her not!

She is his strength and victory,
A prize to be proud of always,
A unique gift forever to protect,
And embrace at difficult times!

Right Path

She reads others’ mind with ease,
Doesn’t get fooled as expected,
Gives back with no hesitation,
Smilingly brings down the wile.

The costly price for being honest,
Is to be an outsider or an outcast,
Expressing the truth to the world,
That is too corrupt to stand her.

She took the absolute right path,
Staying away from the nonsense,
That will crush her right soul,
No matter whoever objected!

The Plight

Do you suffer from a loveless life?
You are not alone in this world,
As no one is happy but miserable,
Even if they are blessed with love.

Cut of the expectation after a point,
And focus on how to live this life,
For you may not get this life again,
Stop chasing after love that’s fake.

You can’t undo the wasted time,
Waiting for finding the lost love,
But do yourself a favor forgetting,
The past that’s worthless and nil.

Kavitha Patchamalai

Don’t be too good!

Like a faithful dog, don’t wait,

For the one that doesn’t know,

That you are worth much more,

Than the way you are weighed!

Let them get the same bitter taste,

They gave you as sweet memories,

That are nothing but tasteless ashes!

Grieve not for you are all alone,

As you have always been lonely,

Despite the mute, unwilling company,

That made you live in silence forever.

Ignoring you like a silent predator,

Is the weapon used against you,

Fear not to use the same weapon,

To show some sample of cruelty.

Have No Regrets

Until the desire becomes a regret,
It’s a dream that needs a push.
Push with all your strength,
But do not wait for the right time.
Some dream and never step up,
And live with the burning desire helpless.
Expect no one to kindle your dream,
For it’s you who must make a big leap.
Wait for none to climb the ladder,
For you must take it one by one.
One may go up and one may not,
Yet there’s nothing wrong to try.
It’s doesn’t matter if you reach the top,
But it does if you don’t climb.
As you grow old, may have regrets,
That you should have chased your dream.

Call Her Old School

Stands she out of the crowd,

With culturally outmoded thoughts and morals.

Moves so posh in a modern attire,

And loves the way they steal a look.

Some try to peek a bit of her,

Thinking to take a ride of her.

Its a pity they see heaven and hell at a time,

Outlandish is her way with them.

So bizarre they take no chance,

Second time they get the worst.

Pretty straight is she for the closest,

Rude and mean is she for others.

Has no regret for her way,

Peaceful is she as she is.

Dreams to reach out to the sky,

And minds no one on her path.

Out dated is her formula,

Yet works fine and good for her.

Some may like and some may not,

Yet she moves on the same road.

Road she took a different one,

Loves and cherishes her beautiful path.

Not so simple, not so average,

But an unique fashionista.
